I also instruct the nationally accredited curriculum of ServSafe® Alcohol. I have earned the ServSafe® Allergen certification, and both the Sexual Harassment Prevention in Restaurants & Understanding Unconscious Bias in Restaurants, Manager Editions. I earned Culinary Arts I & II Certificates and Business Education from Lake Land College. I am an experienced educator, entrepreneur, and consultant with a demonstrated history of success in the retail, restaurant, transportation, nightlife, and hospitality industries. I am skilled in marketing strategy, social media marketing/advertising/promoting, online marketing/advertising/promoting, events & entertainment planning, networking, team building, sales, digital media, and brand building. I am a master practitioner of the AIDA sales method. I possess strong communication skills with dedicated emphasis on listening to understand.
